Your Lynch Creek Farm centerpiece should arrive with a cardboard insert in the box to keep it from shifting during transit. It may also be strapped down in the shipping box. Care instructions for your centerpiece are found on the box flaps.

Here are some tips to ensure the best lifespan for your centerpiece:

  • Remove the centerpiece from the shipping box as soon as possible.
  • Place your centerpiece in a cool location with minimal direct sunlight.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water to the top of centerpiece immediately to make sure the floral foam is wet enough to keep the evergreen sprigs that make it up nice and fresh and bring out the evergreen aroma.
  • Water your centerpiece every 2 to 3 days. You may also want to spritz the centerpiece with water every 2 to 3 days.
  • Although the container your centerpiece sits in is solid and shouldn't leak, you can put a plate or tray underneath it if you have any concerns.
  • Keep centerpieces away from heat sources that may dry them out, such as direct sunlight, heaters, air vents, or fireplaces. Always keep centerpieces away from ignition sources.
  • Make sure candle flames are at least 4" away from the greenery. Never leave candles burning unattended.
  • Inside, your centerpiece will last about 3 weeks when properly cared for.
  • For centerpieces with pillar candles - peel off the white square sticker on the candle holder then firmly place the pillar onto the holder.
  • For centerpieces with an LED candle or ornament - place the candle or ornament on the centerpiece without removing the white sticker so that you can access the on/off switch on the underside.

  • For centerpieces with taper candle(s) - insert candles into candle holders in top of centerpiece. If the candle is loose, place a piece of paper between the candle and the holder to make it more secure.
