On occasion, one of our products arrives in less than perfect condition. If this has happened to you, we are so sorry! While this is not common, if the product you received has a broken part or the greens don’t look terrific, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the problem!


If it is easy for you to send photos of the product, please email them to staff@lynchcreekfarm.com along with a description of the problem and any order information you have. We learn a lot from photographs in these situations and use the information to try and prevent the same thing from happening again. If it is not easy, please don't worry about it as it is not required for us to help!

You will find it printed on the white label located on the inside flap of the shipping box, next to the Tracking number.
