To customize:
On a PC - open PDF in Google Chrome and type your Campaign Name and ID into the box at the bottom, and also finish the URL using the information emailed when the campaign was approved.
Click to Print and choose the Destination "Save as PDF" instead of your printer, then click Save.
On a phone/tablet - download PDF and open with Google Drive. Click the pencil icon in the lower right corner to allow editing, then type your Campaign Name and ID into the box at the bottom, and also finish the URL using the information emailed when the campaign was approved, and finally click Save.
