The Gift Message is printed on a white packing label that is located on the inside flap of the box. Simply open the first set of flaps and you should see the label affixed to the second set of flaps, before the box is fully opened.

NOTE: To help us easily find the Gift Message we prefer to use the Shipment Number, which can be found at the bottom of the UPS shipping label on the outside of the box (Reference #2) and starts with "CS". We can also look up the Gift Message using the address the item was shipped to.
