When contacting us, it is helpful to have the Order and Shipment number. You will find these numbers printed at the bottom of the UPS Shipping label located on the outside of the shipping box, labeled Reference No.1 and Reference No.2. If you have already discarded the box, we can also use the address where the shipment was received to find it.
