Picking a name for your campaign is important for promotion as well as identification. We suggest keeping your campaign name simple, yet descriptive and unique, so that your supporters can easily search for it if needed. An example of a name that we would not suggest is "Holiday Wreaths". This is too generic and does not specify who you are raising funds for. Likewise, acronyms can be difficult to search for so at least one word should be spelled out. An example of this would be "Highland HS Band" instead of "HHS Band".

Other examples of descriptive and specific campaign names:

  •         A Home for Eli
  •         Educate Street Children in India
  •         Willowdale Public School Prom

We also suggest that if you are a group under an organization, such as Relay For Life, Boy Scouts of America, Susan G Komen 3-Day, PEO Sisterhood, etc., that you specify your group number, chapter, or team name and your city/state location as we have many campaigns under these organizations and want to make sure your name helps distinguish you from the others.
