The map below illustrates typical transit times from our location in Western Washington state (yellow area) to all destinations in the contiguous 48 United States via Standard Ground Shipping. Locate on the map where your item is to be delivered, and use the Transit Days color legend to determine approximately how many days it will take to arrive.

*The transit days shown below are approximate. Weekends, holidays, and the day your item leaves our facility do not count as transit days. Additionally, delivery to some remote areas may require additional days in transit.

EXAMPLE: An item going to Colorado typically spends about 3-4 days in transit. This means that if the item leaves us on Wednesday, it's approximate arrival would be the following Tuesday, or possibly, Wednesday. The 3-4 Transit Days would be Thursday, Friday, Monday, and possibly, Tuesday.

Additionally, shipments may ship out up to 3 business days before or after the approximate Ship Date that was selected when the order was placed. As a result, the Approximate Arrival Date may also be adjusted by up to 3 business days.

The delivery times of shipments that are being sent with an Expedited method will be shipped and delivered in accordance with the service that was selected (next day/overnight air 2-day, or 3-day delivery). Please note that Expedited shipment Ship Dates are not guaranteed. In addition, carriers do not guarantee next day/overnight, 2-day, and 3-day Expedited services.

You can log in to your account here to view the approximate Ship Out date selected for your order. If you have never logged into your account, you can easily do so by going here and using the email you gave us when the order was placed, create a password so you can access your order information.

A Note About Carrier Delays: Adverse weather conditions and other issues arising from the carrier system can sometimes delay deliveries. Most of the time carriers get it right, but every once in awhile they run into circumstances that are beyond their control. In addition, a very busy holiday season can occasionally lengthen delivery times. Thank you so much for being flexible and understanding if a package takes a little long to be delivered! We know our carriers are working hard and doing their very best to get our fresh evergreens delivered to everyone's homes.
