If you would like to change or cancel your order, there are several ways you can submit your request.


  1. Call us at 888-426-0781 
  2. Send a reply to your order confirmation email requesting the change or cancellation. 
  3. Submit your request by clicking the chat bubble on our website (bottom right corner at www.lynchcreekwreaths.com), selecting "Order Change/Cancellation", and answering the questions provided. 
  4. Submit your request via email here.


In an effort to prevent delays, if a change is being requested, please provide all the information needed to make the change. If a product change is desired, we will cancel the original product ordered and place a new order.


Requests for order changes or cancellations can only be granted if there is a minimum of 3 business days before the order is scheduled to Ship Out. If you have already received an email about your order being prepared for shipment, we may not be able to accommodate your request, but we will look into it for you!


To view the date your item(s) is scheduled to Ship Out, log into your account and click on the order number in your Order History. If you do not have an account, you can create one here using the email associated with your order.
