For our fresh evergreen products - To find out who sent your gift, look for a Gift Message printed on the white label affixed to the inside flap of the box. The Gift Message is located at the top of that label.
For non-evergreen products (including most Home Décor items, smoked salmon, and gift boxes) - Look for a white label on the top or front of the box. The Gift Message is located at the top of that label.

NOTE: To help us easily find the Gift Message we prefer using the Shipment Number, which can be found at the bottom of the shipping label on the outside of the box as Reference No.2 starting with "CS". We can also look it up using your address.
