We DO accept returns on Non-Perishable items which generally includes items from our Home Décor Collection. Non-perishable items may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the shipment provided the items are returned undamaged with the original packing materials. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee and associated shipping charges are non-refundable.


We DO NOT accept returns on Perishable items which generally include dried and fresh wreaths, centerpieces, swags, garland, bouquets, loose evergreens, tabletop trees and all food items.


On occasion, one of our products does arrive in less than perfect condition. Although this is not common, it does happen, and we sincerely apologize if you’ve received an item that isn’t perfect. If the product you received has a broken part or the greens don’t look terrific, do not return it to us. Instead, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution to the problem. Our Customer Service Team is dedicated to making things right! When contacting us, please have the shipment number ready, which you will find printed at the bottom of the address label on the outside of the box. It is called Reference No.2 and starts with "CS". If you have already discarded the box, we can also use your address to find it.
