If you would like to change or cancel your order, you can do so via the chat bubble on our website (bottom right corner at www.lynchcreekwreaths.com) and selecting "Order Change/Cancellation" to submit your request. An agent will respond within 24 hours to let you if know if the change has been, OR, can be, made. 

You can also log into your account here and request a change or cancellation from the order itself. Simply click on the order number in your Order History and then click the red "Change Order" bubble to submit your request.

Requests for order changes or cancellations can only be granted if there is a minimum of 3 business days before the order is to Ship Out. If you have already received an email about your order being prepared for shipment, we may not be able to accommodate your request, but we are happy to look into it for you. 

To view the date your item(s) is scheduled to Ship Out, log into your account and click on the order number in your Order History. If you do not have an account, you can create one here using the email associated with your order.
