Non-perishable items (such as lights, hangers and Home Décor) - These items may be returned for any reason within (10) days of receipt of order provided the items are returned undamaged with the original packing materials and documentation. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Perishable items (such as wreaths and centerpieces) - On occasion, one of our products arrives and is not in perfect condition. Although this is not common, it does happen, and we sincerely apologize if you’ve received an item that isn’t perfect. If the product you received has a broken part or the greens don’t look terrific, do not return it to us. Instead, please contact us and we’d be happy to work with you to find a solution to the problem.

When contacting us, it is helpful to have the Order and Shipment number. You will find these numbers printed at the bottom of the UPS Shipping label located on the outside of the shipping box, labeled Reference No.1 and Reference No.2. If you have already discarded the box, we can also use the address where the shipment was received to find it.
